Harry

Harry (Mardais HoKy Hare Raiser) was our first Ibizan Hound. Obtained from Cynthia Kittler at 9 months old he was to be a pet first and foremost, and he has definitely lived up to that. Thankfully she was willing to let us show him "for fun" and to gain experience and see if it was something we enjoyed (a definite yes!). The problem was that Harry didn't particularly enjoy the showring and while we think he's adorable he's not one of the better physical specimens of the breed so he has been neutered and just enjoys hanging out with us.

Go Harry Go!

We did make a couple of attempts at lure coursing with Harry in Wichita in Spring 2003. He did well for about 20 yards and then went after the birds that had settled in at the far side of the field.
