Kevin & Jennifer Kyle

Kevin & I met shortly after I graduated from veterinary school and moved to join a practice in Lake Jackson, Texas (about 45 minutes south of Houston). We married in Las Vegas on Valentine's Day 2002. At the time I had my greyhound Sony and 1 cat (Zeek). We quickly decided that we needed more pets. We liked the sighthounds and after some research decided that our next dog would be an Ibizan Hound. HoKy Hounds as a kennel name just seemed to flow from there. We both are a bit goofy, we chose a breed that is known for being extremely goofy, and it was also a combination of our last names (Holcom & Kyle)

Our current crew includes 2 Ibizan Hounds (Harry & Thumper), 2 Italian Greyhounds (Savvy & Zoey), and 2 big ol' cats (Bubba & Zeek). Bubba is a 21 pound cat with six toes on every foot and the attitude of a barroom bouncer!

In addition to our pets we enjoy traveling and have been fortunate enough to visit a wide variety of places both in the US and abroad.

Jennifer knows there's no place like home (especially when that home is nice warm Houston and we're visiting Washington DC & Norfolk VA in December!)
